A Pleasant Unity man was arrested for disorderly conduct after state police found him driving nude along Route 30 in Hempfield Township Tuesday afternoon. Police said Dennis Scott Yenzi, 44, was driving a Ford Windstar minivan at Route 30 east around 4:18 p.m. when a passing truck driver noticed Yenzi was not wearing any clothing. A Troy University art student filed a federal lawsuit against his school Monday after university officials refused to let him display nude male photos at an art exhibit at the college. Blake Dews, a senior art major attending Troy University's main campus, took several photos that featured nude models for a fall 2003 art project on the theme of birth, according to a news release from his attorneys. Moravia's topless hullabaloo is over following the official dismissal of charges brought against four women for baring their breasts in the village Aug. 11. Moravia Village Justice June Shepardson on Tuesday granted defense attorney Charles Marangola's motion to dismiss the case. Rajasthan's Pushkar town was outraged after a woman from Finland bathed naked in the holy lake. A German man has been arrested after a marriage guidance counsellor advised him to run around naked shouting at trees. Dieter Braun, 43, from Recklinghausen said the stress release technique had worked perfectly until he was arrested.
